RED POCKET [2019]

| packaging | The main theme for this red pocket design is the Chinese phrase meaning,  “When the flowers bloom, five blessings will descend. To embody this, I illustrated five flowers that have auspicious meanings and placed them against a water pattern, which represents wealth and abundance. To add contrast and depth to the design, I juxtaposed gold foiled flowers along brightly coloured flowers with drifted foiled outlines. This was placed against a muted water pattern to further add dimension to the piece.
